Job summary

ImpactLife in Madison, WI is seeking a Donor Services Supervisor to lead a phlebotomy team through training, donor registration, screening, and the blood collection process, while supervising interviewing, hiring, and performance management under the Manager. You will coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and donor satisfaction, ensure compliance with SOPs, and may drive fleet vehicles.

Flexibility is required, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel up to two weeks away from

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Enjoy working with the public
• Have a good, stable work history
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and performance management of team members
• Coaching and motivating the team to provide excellent customer service and donor satisfaction
• Ensure overall compliance to policies/procedures and quality standards
• May be called upon to drive fleet vehicles when needed (box trucks)
• Lead daily supervisory duties under the Manager's direction
