Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a Donor Specialist for Grasslands Store at $13.50 per hour. This full-time role focuses on thoroughly examining and grading donated goods to sell in our retail stores.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with standard procedures and a strong emphasis on guest service. Benefits include PTO, employee discount, health/dental/vision insurance, uniforms, and access to training at Goodwill Career Centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and “people first” attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems following procedures.
• Properly sort donations into designated categories.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized donor door area/ADC location.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
