Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a part-time Donor Specialist in Lilburn, GA. You will thoroughly examine and grade donated goods, processing them quickly to meet production goals while following standard operating procedures.

You will greet guests, provide receipts, sort donations, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain a neat donor area. Benefits include PTO, employee discount, health/dental/vision insurance, uniforms, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
• One year or more production experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification must be 18+ to operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods to sell in Retail stores.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at donation.
• Answer guest questions and resolve problems following SOPs.
• Maintain donor door area clean and organized; assist loading/unloading donations.
• Communicate with management and coworkers; follow safety practices.
