Job summary

Food Lifeline in Seattle is seeking a Donor Engagement Officer to join our Giving Team. You will manage a portfolio of about 150–200 individual donors and prospects, focusing on gifts ranging from $1,000 to $9,999 annually, through personal outreach and meaningful stewardship to grow donor impact.

Collaborating with the Director of Development and colleagues across fundraising, marketing, programs, and operations, you will help build a strong donor pipeline while supporting our mission to

• Extensive donor relations or fundraising experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy donor portfolio and track progress.
