Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Preferred: 2 years in donor relations, philanthropy, fundraising, or customer service.
• Must embrace and demonstrate Seventh-day Adventist Church values.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor inquiries by phone/email/text and manage communications.
• Maintain and update donor records in the database with accuracy.
• Process donations and ensure proper gift tracking and acknowledgments.
• Prepare documents for Accounting/Treasury and balance daily batches.
• Support donor stewardship and recognition initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to keep donor records consistent.
