You will manage communications, events, and CRM data while cultivating a portfolio of annual-gift prospects toward major gifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three (3) years of professional scholarship activities, gift administration, stewardship, or donor relations experience.
  • Knowledge of donor & alumni related policies, and related laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a donor relations and stewardship program to engage donors and stakeholders.
  • Create stewardship communications (acknowledgments, impact reports, emails, videos) and collaborate with Communications.
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, and donor engagements to advance fundraising goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a portfolio of 25–35 annual-gift prospects and donors.
  • Identify annual donors with potential for major gifts and vet for development pipeline.
  • Support Giving Day and Giving Tuesday activities with leadership.
  • Ensure donor funds are used per donor intent and communicate impact to donors.
