Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of professional scholarship activities, gift administration, stewardship, or donor relations experience.
• Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program to engage prospects, donors and stakeholders.
• Create stewardship communications (acknowledgments, impact reports, emails and videos) in collaboration with Communications.
• Manage a portfolio of ~25–35 annual-gift prospects and donors with personalized cultivation strategies.
• Plan and manage Giving Day and Giving Tuesday participation; support fundraising goals and events.
