Job summary

Johns Hopkins University & Medicine - Development and Alumni Relations seeks an Associate Director of Donor Relations to lead stewardship and engagement for the DSAI Institute and report to the WSE DAR Associate Dean.

This role serves as the primary liaison for the Office of Strategic Initiatives, coordinating with academic leadership and DOFF to implement strategic stewardship programs and donor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years related experience required; at least two years of professional experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DOFF leaders to manage a dynamic donor recognition program across donor audiences.
• Collaborate with volunteers, boards, and councils to foster rewarding experiences and maximize board effectiveness.
• Foster community among staff supporting leadership volunteers with regular meetings and discussions.
• Independently develop, design, and produce high-quality stewardship deliverables.
• Write and design personalized donor impact reports and other stewardship pieces.
