Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or nonprofit management.
  • Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a related nonprofit role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
  • Respond promptly to donor inquiries, express gratitude, and provide information about programs and impact.
  • Ensure timely and personalized acknowledgment of donations, including thank-you letters and receipts.
  • Implement recognition programs, such as acknowledgments in publications, events, or on the website.
  • Maintain accurate donor records in the organization’s database and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
