Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Program Manager, Donor Relations to oversee a system-wide donor relations program that drives donor loyalty and upgraded giving. You will design and manage stewardship campaigns, recognize donors, and partner with frontline fundraisers to connect donors with impact across multiple hospital locations in IL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a development office or with donor relations and stewardship experience is required.
• 3-5+ years with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of donor relations and stewardship with successful programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Philanthropy Communications to produce stewardship vehicles (templates, reports, and personalized communications).
• Lead stewardship meetings with frontline fundraising teams to align plans and timelines.
• Maintain donor CRM records with accurate notes and pledge balances coordination with Donor Services.
• Generate new ideas to advance program impact and donor engagement.
• Oversee donor recognition walls and plaques across hospitals and locations.
• Maintain historical donor files and update electronic/hardcopy records for transparency.
• Provide timely, accurate fund balance and impact details with leadership and fund managers.
• Contribute to strategic planning for stewardship and cultivation events with partners.
• Draft and update policies/SOPs, training across foundation teams.
