Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Program Manager, Donor Relations to lead a system-wide donor stewardship program that celebrates philanthropy across the health system. You will craft reports, recognition, and personalized donor experiences while partnering with frontline fundraisers.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage end-to-end stewardship across hospital foundations, ensure timely donor notes, and contribute to strategic planning for campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in a development office or with donor relations experience.
• 3-5+ years with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage stewardship vehicles to align with system brand identity.
• Lead stewardship meetings with frontline fundraising teams and define owners.
• Document actions and donor interactions in CRM; coordinate pledges and reminders.
• Contribute ideas to advance program impact and maintain donor recognition walls.
• Ensure accurate donor records and align fund balances with donor intent.
