Endeavor Health is seeking a Philanthropy Data and Reporting Analyst to prepare and analyze donor data, create email segments, and drive fundraising strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to leadership in Philanthropy.

You will develop data models, dashboards, and reports to inform cultivation and solicitation activities, while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years of data analytics experience with Tableau, SQL or SAS.
• 3–5+ years’ experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRMs.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, Tableau certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build donor segmentation and analytics by developing predictive models and campaigns.
• Create reports and dashboards to inform cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Ensure data handling complies with HIPAA, PCI and privacy laws.
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extensions and email outreach.
• Collaborate with philanthropy teams to drive donor acquisition and upgrades.
