The role reports to the President and collaborates with Principals and development staff. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and fundraising experience, with EIM certification within the initial period of employment and ongoing diocesan compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Fundraising experience is preferred.
• Must submit an Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) Application within the first week of employment and complete EIM training within 30 days.
• Must meet diocesan and school staff development guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and uphold the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school.
• Collaborate with the President to cultivate and solicit donors in keeping with school needs, the Strategic Plan, and budget objectives.
• Identify prospective donors and their interests as the primary research officer for advancement.
• Draft or review solicitation materials and donor communications, including newsletters and annual reports.
• Monitor fundraising progress and implement strategies as needed.
• Support donor acknowledgement events and update donor recognition plaques.
• Manage advancement website pages to identify fundraising goals, events, sponsorships, and highlights.
• Coordinate with Advancement Services to ensure accurate database entries and support the corporate matching gift program.
• Develop grant opportunities and submit grant applications.
• Collaborate with principals, staff, parent associations, and volunteers to advance development goals.
• Ensure compliance with school, Diocesan, city, county, and state regulations.
