Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible fundraising experience, preferably in higher education.
• Demonstrated track record of fundraising success.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 125-150 major gift prospects.
• Collaborate with College leadership to identify donor interests.
• Develop and execute individualized cultivation strategies.
