Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum five years of frontline fundraising experience with demonstrated major gifts success.
• Experience in health care, hospital or academic medical center fundraising.
• Knowledge of development best practices and solicitation methods including major gifts.
• Proven success with donor solicitation and stewardship; strong communication skills.
