Qualifications

• Experience with international grantmaking ethics and legal requirements is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage donors and advisors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement donor solicitation strategies to grow work with individual and family donors.
• Proactively manage funds and campaigns; coordinate with program team to advance fundraising goals.
• Provide timely donor stewardship with accurate reporting and insights for donors and advisors.
• Manage grant portfolios and monitor progress; collaborate with field advisors and grantees.
• Prepare grant analyses, portfolio reports, and funding recommendations tailored to each client.
