Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Coordinator to support a fast-paced team of 6–8 gift officers. The role covers administrative tasks, donor cultivation, and data entry using Raiser's Edge, with close collaboration to the Executive Director of Major Gifts and Campaign Director.

You will manage donor communications, assist with fundraising appeals, and help prepare meetings and events, ensuring a positive donor experience and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in fundraising at a non-profit; healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Raiser's Edge.

Responsibilities

• Assist cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current and prospective donors.
• Provide administrative support to the Major Gifts and Campaign Directors and team.
• Manage front-line communications and donor cards; answer the Foundation phone line.
• Support event preparation, meeting logistics, and donor reporting.
