Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related non-profit fundraising and leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating foundation activities, meetings, minutes and documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor database management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Director with coordination of foundation activities.
• Coordinate Foundation Board and Committee meetings and prepare packets/minutes.
• Organize department records, files and supplies.
• Develop a comprehensive annual giving plan including donor identification and stewardship.
• Follow processes for gift stewardship, accounting and reporting.
• Process donations and prepare acknowledgements; cultivate donors and donor relations.
• Coordinate direct mail and marketing for annual donor campaigns.
