Job summary

SIFF, a Seattle-based arts nonprofit, seeks a Development Coordinator to support fundraising activities, donor engagement, and event coordination. You will manage gift processing, acknowledgments, and data in the CRM while collaborating across departments to advance SIFF’s fundraising goals.

The role focuses on stewardship, campaigns, and event logistics, with an emphasis on confidentiality and strong customer service for donors, sponsors, members, and patrons.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in nonprofit fundraising or events is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship and engagement, including gift processing and acknowledgments.
• Assist with annual giving campaigns and donor communications.
• Coordinate events and logistics for donor stewardship and campaigns.
• Maintain and update donor data in the CRM and organize mailings.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on outreach and materials.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, members and patrons.
