Job summary

SIFF seeks a Development Coordinator to support fundraising activities, donor engagement, and event logistics. You will handle gift entry, acknowledgments, and donor communications while collaborating across teams to meet fundraising goals.

Two+ years nonprofit experience is preferred; strong data skills and customer service mindset are essential for interacting with donors and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in non-profit fundraising or events is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service with diverse constituencies.
• Enjoys data work and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Donor and member stewardship, gift processing and acknowledgement.
• Support proposals, grants, and reporting as needed.
• Coordinate events and engagement activities to cultivate giving.
• Maintain donor webpages and manage communications inboxes.
• Collaborate across departments on campaigns and mailings.
