Job summary

Christian Care Management operates the Fellowship Square communities across Arizona, serving older adults in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and affordable housing. This nonprofit seeks a fundraising professional to deepen donor relationships and manage a portfolio across campuses.

You will engage residents, families, and community partners, invite gifts, and ensure donors understand the impact. Travel between campuses and occasional evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of fundraising experience or equivalents with a track record of building relationships.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and move donors toward commitments without pressure.
• Raiser’s Edge certification is a plus; database training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your week with residents, their families, neighbors, and community supporters.
• Build a portfolio of 30–50 individuals from a campus pool and maintain a plan for each.
• Invite gifts clearly and without pressure; legacy gifts may be part of planning.
• Thank donors promptly and show the impact of their generosity.
• Host events where the mission is visible and engaging.
• Keep records so relationships remain with the organization.
• Protect the people we serve and follow written guardrails on asking.
