Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor stewardship activities, acknowledgments, and engagement touchpoints.
• Support prospect research with donor profiles and giving history.
• Assist with donor briefings, guest lists, and background materials for fundraising strategy.
• Coordinate scheduling, RSVPs, and attendee management for Inspire Circle events and gatherings.
• Provide administrative support and assist with fundraising reports and tracking materials.
• Maintain organized workflows and documentation across Development activities.
• Support post‑event stewardship follow‑ups and record updates in Raiser's Edge.
