Job summary

This is a nonexempt, fulltime role with a 12-month term, offering a starting hourly range of $12.00 to $15.61, depending on experience. Responsibilities include cash handling, posting donations, communicating with donors, and assisting other development areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to operate 10-key adding machine and perform basic math.
• Must have good verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient with FoxPro, Excel, Word; email and web browsers.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
• Must respect Catholic mission and Native American culture.

Responsibilities

• Open and process mail; prepare bundles for routing.
• Count and balance cash; post donations to donor database.
• Enter data accurately; ensure database up to date.
• Operate Check 21 scanners and upload postings.
• Process credit card transactions and balance reports.
• Communicate with donors and other departments.
• Assist other Development areas when needed.
