Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced campaign environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when working with donors and campaign leadership.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be willing to travel as required.
• At least one campaign cycle of call time or finance experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage fundraising systems and follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and staff the candidate's call time program in person.
• Oversee the call time operation from start to finish, ensuring consistency, discipline, and efficiency.
• Manage donor databases, including data entry, list maintenance, prospect research, and data cleaning.
• Coordinate closely with the Finance Director and campaign leadership to meet fundraising goals.
• Track pledges, manage follow-up schedules, and support donor conversion efforts.
• Assist with donor outreach and engagement, including scheduling and staffing donor meetings, fundraising events, and finance-related activities.
• Lead and manage the campaign's thank-you note and donor acknowledgment program.
• Serve as a body person for the candidate as needed, ensuring Gary Hartfield is prepared, on time, and supported during call time blocks, donor meetings, fundraising events, and other campaign activities.
• Coordinate briefing materials, call sheets, donor research, and fundraising tracking documents.
• Support the campaign with additional fundraising, political, and administrative projects as assigned.
