Susana for Chicago is seeking a Call Time Manager for the Mayoral Campaign based in Chicago, with a remote option available. You will work with leadership to execute a call time program, preparing targeted donor lists with giving history and staff sessions in person or virtually.

Ideal candidates bring campaign fundraising experience, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency with Numero, Quo, OpenPhone, and Google Workspace. This is a full-time role through February 2027.

Qualifications

• Campaign fundraising experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with donor outreach and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to execute a call time program.
• Prepare for daily call time with donor research and giving history.
• Staff call time sessions in person or virtually.
• Keep the campaign’s database and CT software up to date.
• Maintain donor outreach in a timely manner.
• Assist with fundraising events preparation and outreach.
