Responsibilities

• Manage and staff the candidate's call time program in person.
• Oversee the call time operation from start to finish, ensuring consistency, discipline, and efficiency.
• Manage donor databases, including data entry, list maintenance, prospect research, and data cleaning.
• Coordinate closely with the Finance Director and campaign leadership to meet fundraising goals.
• Track pledges, manage follow-up schedules, and support donor conversion efforts.
• Assist with donor outreach and engagement, including scheduling and staffing donor meetings, fundraising events, and finance-related activities.
• Lead and manage the campaign's thank-you note and donor acknowledgment program.
• Serve as a body person for the candidate as needed, ensuring Gary Hartfield is prepared, on time, and supported during call time blocks, donor meetings, fundraising events, and other campaign activities.
• Coordinate briefing materials, call sheets, donor research, and fundraising tracking documents.
• Support the campaign with additional fundraising, political, and administrative projects as assigned.

Overview

The Gary Hartfield for Tampa Mayor campaign is seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented Call Time Manager & Special Assistant to oversee and execute the campaign's principal call time program.

This role is critical to ensuring the campaign meets its fundraising goals and maintains strong relationships with donors, supporters, and stakeholders.
