St. Matthew’s House in Naples, FL seeks a Development Officer (Mid-Level) to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a 500–750 donor portfolio giving $500–$2,499.99 yearly.

You will work with the Director of Individual Gifts to build authentic donor relationships via AI, calls, notes, and emails to grow revenue and qualify donors for major gifts. The role requires 2–3 years of fundraising experience, CRM proficiency, strong communication, and willingness to travel 20–30% locally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 3 years of fundraising or donor relations experience.
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors in a portfolio.
• Experience with CRM systems (Virtuous, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce NPSP) and data-driven decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with leadership and volunteers.
• Ability to manage a large donor portfolio and travel locally 20–30%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 500–750 mid-level donors with touchpoint plans and revenue goals.
• Cultivate and steward donors using AI-assisted touches, calls, handwritten notes, and emails.
• Qualify new prospects and document qualifications within 30 days of assignment.
• Track donor retention and year-over-year revenue; maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with the Director of Individual Gifts to move donors into major gifts.
• Coordinate with mail and digital channels to ensure a cohesive donor experience.
• Support events and donor visits; prepare portfolio reports for leadership.
