Job summary

The Network seeks an Advancement Officer to manage a donor portfolio of roughly 75–80 individuals and prospects, cultivating relationships and guiding solicitation with the President and CEO. The role emphasizes donor centric stewardship, prompt follow-up, and strategic growth of giving across major and mid-level donors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising, a bachelor's degree, and proven ability to close gifts while maintaining meticulous donor records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising or relationship-driven work with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record of independently building a donor base and closing gifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to learn and apply CRM and AI tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 75–80 donors and prospects with growth potential.
• Cultivate, steward, and solicit gifts; coordinate with the CEO on major asks.
• Build and maintain accurate donor records in the CRM.
• Travel as needed to support donor relationships (Southern US markets).
