Job summary

Innovative Blood Resources is seeking a recruiter support professional in Minnesota to coordinate communications between sponsors, coordinators, donors, and recruitment staff. You will serve as a backup for Donor Recruiters and help maintain donor records and promotional materials.

The role involves generating queries and reports, managing schedules, and upholding donor confidentiality while supporting drive operations and events.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in customer service, sales, and/or administrative support.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Blood banking knowledge and customer service training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications between sponsors, coordinators, donors, recruitment representatives and the blood center.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the Donor Recruiters when they are not in the office and provide back-up coverage.
• Create and provide promotional materials to Account Managers.
• Use software systems to produce queries, donor lists and other reports to recruitment and management.
