Job summary

World Relief seeks a Portfolio Development Manager for the large, regional U.S. Offices.

As a strategic leader, the PDM serves as the primary liaison between the home office and this designated cluster of offices providing support to activate private revenue growth. In this role, you’ll guide external engagement strategies that integrate donor development, church partnerships, and private fundraising initiatives, aligning local plans with World Relief’s mission and ensuring teams operate with

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising or advancement preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from ideation to completion.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and monitor daily activities and performance.
• Co-develop and implement Advancement strategies with U.S. Office leadership.
• Lead donor acquisition and brand amplification efforts at local offices.
• Guide cross-functional campaigns across channels and offices.
• Provide CRM training and support for donor pipelines.
