Job summary

World Relief seeks a Portfolio Development Manager to lead donor development and private fundraising across large U.S. offices. You will align local plans with the global mission while strengthening partnerships with churches and communities.

As a strategic leader, you will drive advancement strategies, coach staff, and oversee data-driven campaigns, leveraging HubSpot, Dynamics, RENXT, and other CRM tools to build sustainable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Progressive fundraising experience in nonprofits, including major gifts.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience with donor analytics and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated advancement strategies with church partners and private donors.
• Supervise staff, manage performance, and develop team capabilities.
• Coordinate national campaigns and donor acquisition across offices.
• Provide CRM training and portfolio management support to local offices.
