Job summary

World Relief is seeking a Regional Director to oversee and strengthen multiple offices within a region, guiding strategy, operations, and program delivery in alignment with our mission and values.

The role leads Site Directors, drives regional fundraising, builds durable partnerships with churches, foundations and community partners, and ensures high-quality refugee and immigrant services, with travel up to 50% and a commitment to servant leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of managing staff and budgets over $1M.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Knowledge of US refugee and immigration policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of regional staff including performance management.
• Develop strategic plans for growth, sustainability and stabilization, and communicate them to staff.
• Lead regional fundraising and donor relationships; ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Home Office and Senior Leadership to align regional goals with national strategy.
• Oversee budgets and provide guidance to offices across the region to ensure financial health and accountability.
• Expand and coordinate partnerships with churches, foundations and community stakeholders to maximize impact.
