Job summary

Beverly’s PGH seeks a Corporate & Individual Giving Manager to grow its philanthropic network through corporate partnerships, individual giving, and third-party fundraising. You will build a robust donor pipeline, cultivate supporters, and identify new giving opportunities while collaborating with the Executive Director and Development Team to move ideas to action.

Hybrid role with on-site weekly presence at our North Huntingdon facility and flexible remote work for meetings and relationship

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in fundraising, business development, partnerships, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships with corporate, community, and individual supporters.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners and donors.
• Cultivate and solicit new supporters while deepening engagement with existing ones.
• Develop corporate giving, sponsorship, workplace giving, third-party fundraising, and individual giving opportunities.
• Research prospective partners and bring creative ideas to fundraising strategy.
• Use donor trends and data to focus fundraising efforts.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Development Team to advance relationships across fundraising, grants, and campaigns.
• Collaborate on strategy and move ideas from concept to action.
• Represent Beverly’s PGH through networking and community engagement.
