Job summary

Beverly’s PGH is seeking a Corporate & Individual Giving Manager to expand the philanthropic network through corporate partnerships, individual giving, and third-party fundraising. You will build relationships and develop opportunities that turn ideas into donors and support the organization’s mission.

In this role you’ll manage a strong donor pipeline, collaborate with the Executive Director and Development Team, and represent Beverly’s PGH at community events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, business development, sales, partnerships, account management, relationship management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships with corporate, community, and individual supporters.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners and donors.
• Cultivate and solicit new supporters while deepening engagement and investment among existing relationships.
• Develop corporate giving, sponsorship, workplace giving, third-party fundraising, and individual giving opportunities.
• Research prospective partners and bring creative ideas and new approaches to fundraising strategy.
• Use donor engagement, giving trends, and fundraising data to identify where to focus efforts.
• Partner closely with the Executive Director and Development Team to advance relationships across fundraising, grants, volunteer engagement, campaigns, and other giving initiatives—connecting the right team members to the right opportunities.
• Collaborate on strategy and take ownership of moving agreed-upon ideas from concept to action.
• Represent Beverly’s PGH through networking, community outreach, and relationship building.
