Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and persuasive individual to support our fundraising efforts through direct donor engagement. This role involves calling existing and prospective donors to thank them, share organizational updates, and make fundraising asks. You will be a key voice of PCM, building lasting relationships that fuel our movement for reproductive freedom.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to current, lapsed, and prospective donors using PCM's donor list.
• Build relationships with donors through meaningful, mission-aligned conversations.
• Make fundraising asks with clarity and confidence.
• Track donor interactions and update contact information in our CRM/database.
• Share updates about PCM's programs, impact, and advocacy wins.
• Report regularly on call progress, donor feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the PCM team to refine scripts and strategies.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Passion for reproductive justice and familiarity with PCM's mission and values
• Comfortable making fundraising asks and speaking persuasively
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
• Ability to maintain donor confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred

• Previous experience in fundraising, phone banking, or sales
• Knowledge of reproductive rights and healthcare policy
• Experience using CRM or donor databases (e.g., EveryAction, NationBuilder, etc.)
• Proficiency with basic office software such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
