The Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida is seeking an Administrative & Philanthropy Operations Coordinator in Tallahassee to support the Executive Leadership and the Director of Philanthropy. You will manage gift processing, donor records, and administrative workflows that sustain fundraising efforts and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in philanthropy or nonprofit administration.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM; NEON CRM preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and calendar coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage gift processing and donor acknowledgments in NEON CRM.
• Maintain donor records and generate donor reports.
• Coordinate meetings and calendars for executives.
• Prepare meeting briefings and donor communications.
• Respond to donor inquiries with professional service.
