Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a donation sorter responsible for processing donated goods for resale at our retail locations. You will follow procedures, issue donation receipts, and maintain a clean donor area while meeting production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill ADC location within the territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and people-first attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at donation.
• Sort donations into designated categories and follow SOPs.
• Handle guest questions and resolve problems per procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean donor door area/ADC location.
• Adhere to safety practices and assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
