Job summary

You will assist senior directors, manage schedules, handle donor communications, and support stewardship activities across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in fundraising or complex administrative functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and communications with development colleagues and campus leadership.
• Plan travel and submit travel reimbursements; prepare and submit related expenses.
• Prepare letters, agendas, and donor correspondence; maintain timely reports and gift agreements.
• Assist with donor research and support portfolio development and stewardship.
• Onboard and train Development Associates; support team fundraising missions.
