Responsibilities

• Executive calendar management and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, letters, and reports; arrange travel and logistics.
• Manage donor data, create donor reports, and support CRM updates.
• Support development projects, communications content, and slide decks for donor meetings.
• Coordinate talent development and team events to strengthen unit collaboration.
