Job summary

Lindenwood University in Missouri seeks an Advancement Operations Coordinator to support a broad range of operational needs within University Advancement. You will help with financial reconciliation, gift administration, donor relations, and cross-functional project support for campaigns and stewardship.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong organizational skills, and meticulous data management to ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of one year related work experience, preferably in a university or nonprofit organization.
• Experience with donor relations, fundraising operations, or corporate/nonprofit communications is a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Assist departmental budgeting and reconciliation.
• Coordinate gift processing, including routing, recording, and acknowledgments.
• Update donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT and maintain donation fund balances.
• Support leadership with records and reports in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Serve as first point of contact for constituents and donor inquiries.
• Assist events and engagement teams with meetings, travel, and catering logistics.
• Answer phones, manage advancement emails, and schedule appointments.
• Produce and distribute gift and donor reports.
• Coordinate payroll deductions and annual acknowledgement letters.
