Job summary

Lindenwood University seeks a Manager of Advancement Events to lead strategic planning, promotion, and execution of alumni, donor, and constituent events on campus, regionally, and online. This role collaborates with Advancement leadership to strengthen relationships, drive engagement, and support fundraising goals.

The manager oversees all event details, from budgeting and procurement to invitations, logistics, and post-event analysis, with data tracked in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 4+ years in event planning, alumni relations, nonprofit management, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience conceptualizing, planning, and executing engagement, stewardship, or fundraising events.
