Job summary

The Catholic Community Foundation of Minnesota seeks an analytical, detail-oriented Database & Reporting Analyst to steward CRM data, produce reports and dashboards, and conduct donor research. This role partners closely with the Data Systems Manager to ensure data quality and actionable insights for engagement and fund development.

Responsibilities include building Salesforce reports, performing data hygiene, and preparing donor intelligence for development staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor management systems and CRM reporting
• Strong data hygiene and governance skills
• Ability to translate data into practical insights
• Experience with Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for staff, leadership, committees, and the Board.
• Create pipeline, portfolio, prospect, referral, charitable fund development, and activity reports that support donor engagement and stewardship.
• Analyze donor, client, charitable fund, financial, and operational information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Document report logic, KPIs, and reporting definitions with the Data Systems Manager.
• Identify engagement trends and pipeline movement to improve visibility into donor development and organizational performance.
• Maintain accurate constituent, household, organization, relationship, and activity data across Salesforce and other systems.
