Job summary

United States Olympic & Paralympic Museum in Colorado Springs seeks a Manager of Annual Giving to develop and grow the museum’s annual giving program, focusing on donor acquisition, retention, and increased revenue. Lead integrated campaigns online and offline and establish an annual giving society to deepen donor engagement.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis, partnering with Marketing to craft compelling messaging and donor communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in annual giving, individual giving, direct response fundraising, digital fundraising, or a related nonprofit fundraising discipline.
  • Experience with both online and offline fundraising channels, including email, direct mail, website giving, and digital fundraising.
  • Experience with donor segmentation, campaign reporting, and performance analysis; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive annual giving program to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors.
  • Develop and manage an annual fundraising calendar across online and offline channels.
  • Develop segmented donor strategies based on giving history and engagement.
  • Monitor performance and optimize revenue and donor engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on fundraising messaging and creative.
  • Lead annual giving budgeting, revenue forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Oversee the Museum’s end-of-year campaign and other campaigns throughout the year.
