Job summary

The Gift Administration Coordinator at the UND Alumni Association & Foundation will record and acknowledge gifts, ensure donor intent is honored, and maintain accurate donor data using Salesforce. The role emphasizes compliance with gift policies and timely communication to donors.

You will handle gift adjustments, coordinate matching gifts, respond to inquiries, and support event registrations and sponsorships while upholding privacy and data integrity within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related field; substitutions allowed with experience.
• Minimum of three years relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Record gifts to ensure policy compliance and proper donor credit.
• Maintain Salesforce integrity and donor data accuracy.
• Process gift adjustments and write-offs as needed.
• Coordinate matching gift program and related entries.
• Research donor information to resolve ad hoc requests.
• Respond to department gift questions.
• Process event registrations and related payments.
