Job summary

Coptic Orphans is seeking a Product Manager to serve as the internal architect of donor-facing giving products, guiding research, design, cross-department coordination, and post-launch evaluation to ensure meaningful, donor-centered experiences.

Reporting to the Development & Marketing Director, this role leads the full product lifecycle from research and concept through design, cross-departmental coordination, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years in product development, donor engagement, fundraising, or marketing.
• Experience designing end-to-end product workflows and cross-functional launches.
• Strong knowledge of donor behavior and nonprofit fundraising dynamics.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple streams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and donor engagement platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Arabic language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from research to post-launch evaluation.
• Benchmark against peers and design new donor-facing initiatives.
• Lead ideation, design, and development of donor-facing products.
• Map donor journeys and ensure seamless experiences.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Donor Relations, IT, and Sponsorship.
• Deliver training and establish success metrics for launches.
• Maintain a product roadmap and report progress to leadership.
