Responsibilities

• Approach families of potential donors onsite and respond to referrals.
• Educate hospital care providers to obtain authorization for donation.
• Maintain and improve an authorization rate and complete related paperwork.
• Collaborate with hospital teams and Gift of Life staff to coordinate conversations.
• Perform post-donation follow-up and adhere to department expectations.
