Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina in Mooresville is seeking a Trailer Attendant to greet donors and manage donations at our trailer sites. You will unload donations (up to 50 lbs), sort and store them, and keep the trailer area clean, secure, and organized.

The job involves outdoor work in variable conditions and requires physical effort. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Hours vary by location; trailers open seven days a week.
• Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from donor vehicles and issue receipts.
• Sort and store donations in the trailer.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and security of the trailer area.
