Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. is seeking Trailer Attendants who serve as the “face of Goodwill” to donors at our donation trailer sites. You will help donors, issue receipts, and ensure a welcoming, organized trailer area.

This outdoor role involves variable weather, physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional stairs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior customer service experience is a plus. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from donor vehicles, issue receipts, and sort/store donations.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and security of the trailer area.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and lift items up to 50 lbs.
