Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Trailer Attendant to support donors at donation trailer sites. You will unload donations, issue receipts, sort and store items, and keep trailer areas clean and secure while working outdoors in various conditions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience is preferred. Hours vary by location, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from donor vehicles and issue receipts for donors.
• Sort and store donations in the trailer and maintain cleanliness and security of the trailer area.
• Work outdoors in varying conditions and assist donors as needed.
