Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC is seeking Trailer Attendants to be the face of Goodwill at donation trailer sites. You will help donors, acknowledge their support, unload donations, and issue receipts while keeping the trailer area clean and secure.

The role requires outdoor work in varied conditions, physical activity such as standing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs, and may involve stairs or ladders. High School diploma preferred; prior customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from donor vehicles and issue receipts to donors.
• Sort and store donations in the trailer and maintain cleanliness and security of the trailer area.
• Assist donors and acknowledge donor support while at the trailer site.
